THE IMPORTANCE OF A CUSTOM REVALVE
Lainer Suspension Racing wants to stress the importance of a custom revalve.
With fifteen years of experience on the tracks with the riders, at a first look we can understand how to intervene on the suspension.
It’s also important to talk to the rider and meet his demands.
In the workshop we do the most important work:
the suspensions are disassembled and cleaned in each piece. Then we do the custom revalve, the heart of the suspension.
Furthermore it’s fundamental to reduce the friction between the materials in order to have a linear fork, for an excellent result we use special equipments and different types of sandpaper.
At last the quality of the oil that we use makes always the real difference in our suspensions and the SinLubit brand has become an essential part of our company.
Everything takes time and attention but the goal is to have a perfect suspension for everyone, amateur and pro.

Story
A PASSION FOR SUSPENSIONS

As it happens in many stories the beginning
is a passion,a hobby that during the time
it changes into a job.
Everything was born from two friends with the passion for motocross. So Lainer Guidi and Walther Lolli started to work on their bike’s suspension.
We go back in time inside Lainer’s garage, where it was important to be in friendship and share the passion for bikes and suspensions. The “rumour” spread out and in a few time our hobby was turning into a job.
Unfortunately on March 2002 my dear friend Lainer passed away in a road accident and from that moment my goal was to continue the work started together, above all to bring my friend’s name into the tracks. So on 2005 it was founded the Lainer Suspension Racing by Lolli Walther.
Today Lainer Suspension Racing can boasts great steps forward thanks to many experiences with riders from all over the world and the satisfaction to have competed in the AMA Supercross and AMA motocross championships.
2011: Supermoto S1 World Champion Adrien Charyere, Fast Wheels Team.
2014: Supermoto S2 European Champion Asseri
Kingelin, Fast Wheels Team.
2017:

In 2015 Lainer Suspension founded the American company Lainer Suspension Racing LLC in Southern California, active until the 2021 and currently managed by the North American distributor Podium MX Racing.
Since the beginning of the 2022 Lainer Suspension Racing permanently came back to Italy.

MOTOCROSS
Where everything is started… Our workshop is specialized in revalve and rebuild for all off-road motorcycle suspensions.
With many years of experience, in Europe and California, we can offer any kind of service for your suspension meeting every need. Both for amateurs and professional riders.
We have recently started new partnerships with AMA Supercross riders who have allowed us to increase our experience in this specific branch, making our work extremely versatile.
Our strength is in the details and in the search for quality products to get the best from the suspension.
SUPERCROSS
Thanks to the great opportunity to work in the heart of this specialty, the AMA Supercross in California, we have developed new products and settings specific for any need. The work on supercross suspension is not different from the other areas, even in this case it’s about finding the right setting and the right balance for the rider who you’re working with, everything has to be customized.
As with any other specialty, our strength is in the details and in the search for quality products to get the best from the suspension.
MINIBIKE
We always have a special attention for the young riders who start to do motocross.
The many years of Italian championship have contributed to our experience.
Not all motorcycles have high performance suspensions and often need replacing stock parts to make the bike stable and safe. However, on good standard products you can still work with great results, see the WP KTM 85.Moreover, due to the large market of KTM 65, which uses suspensions that are difficult to improve due to the characteristics they present, we have developed a complete front fork to replace the stock one, so we can ensure greater stability and safety on a well-sold bike.
SUPERMOTARD
This specialty has had a great success in the past years and this has allowed us to have a lot of experience in this branch.
To reach the best result it’s necessary to radically intervene on springs and hydraulic.
The stock rear shock is too much soft for motard’s needs, so we make special internal parts that allow to obtain a highly controlled hydraulic from the low speed to facilitate the entry and exit of the corners, while maintaining excellent traction characteristics.
In the front forks we mainly work on the hydraulic, in order to achieve a progression that avoids sudden movement during the braking and keep the bike always in the right position.
With the Supermoto team Fast Wheels on 2011 we got a World Championship S1 title with the rider Adrien Chareyre and on 2014 the European Championship title with the rider Asseri Kingelin.
Since 2017 we started some partnerships with AMA Supermotard riders in USA.
ROAD BIKE
Don’t let to be cheated if our work is more motocross oriented, a suspension is a suspension and even for road bikes we offer many solutions for any rider.
With quality products and accurate job we work on suspensions to adapt them to any track’s conditions and to the rider’s needs.
It ‘s important to work on suspensions even if the bike is not used on the track. In fact even for a road use it’s necessary to make the bike stable and safe, working on suspensions it‘s possible to adapt the bike to your needs, for example for long trips with a lot of weight or with a passenger. We are also specialized in rebuild and revalve of BMW shock absorbers.
